All of the content is available online for you to watch in your own time. You will have the opportunity to join a community in a monthly Q&A and coaching call, live with Kat. This is generally on the last Saturday of each month, but you will be notified by email.

The course is split into three modules, to help you through the three stages of break-up recovery. Each module has a video section, a meditation plus a whole load of resources and exercises for you to use and complete. You'll have access to an online community plus the opportunity to have your individual questions answered by Kat.
